Billy and Daragh

In this coming of rage story, Billy, from the American Deep South, arrives in 1985 Thatcher London as an exchange student. This small town, college boy awakens to another understanding of America and to a world of AIDS, Reagan and Thatcher, and the IRA. This awaking allows Darragh, a fellow student and a Catholic from Belfast, to rock Billy’s world. He challenges Billy to look at himself, the status quo and consider every act a political act. But the assassination of a professor causes Billy to question his new liberation and ultimately his relationship with his first love, Darragh.
